When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and selected service, together with any organisation or telephone details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements and manage related project correspondence. Your name, email and message are needed for the form; other contact fields are optional. You can contact us directly by email instead.
Services involved
We use website hosting and email service providers to operate this site and deliver enquiries. Your message is sent to hello@elevenlenses.com, with a copy addressed to the email you enter. These providers process information for delivery, security and spam prevention; email providers may operate outside Malaysia. Enquiry text is not saved to a website database. Temporary security checks use a hashed network identifier and expire after one hour.
Website usage
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not store form entries in your browser. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect their services. Please avoid including passwords, identity document numbers or sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry.
Keeping information and contacting us
Enquiry correspondence is kept in the business mailbox for follow-up and any related work. For questions about how long your correspondence is held, requests to access or correct it, or a request to stop follow-up or delete information, email hello@elevenlenses.com. We will review requests in light of ongoing work and any records that need to be retained.
